So it could map 2 inputs to 2 outputs (using a master MC to convert and send the output to the correct board) - and have an extra input. So small you could mount it virtually anywhere and prevent the need for a mess of wires to go all the way back to the master. Or, even better, you could have these guys control inputs only and have the master deal with outputs only. That way you could design functional add-ons that had buttons and have it completely self-contained except for attaching itself to power, ground, and I2C though some standard connector. Phew! I just like how tiny it is! And that is with the breakout board.
