I've noticed for a while now that instead of getting segmentation faults and associated core dumps that instead the software just exits without additional data when it encounters errors that in your average linux system would trigger a seg fault (e.g. divide by zero, dereferenced null pointer, etc).
If you have any idea how to alter this behavior and/or enable core dumping - post here. I've started seeing these program exits more frequently with interrupt handlers in use - and its making it extremely difficult to track the problem.
Also - I haven't yet run the test code from a debugger - probably close to needing to figure out how to do this - if you have any insight, add here as well.
